 PETER W. SMITH LAW LLC was formed by Peter W. Smith, Esq. in 2016, after spending nearly twenty years at mid-sized and large law firms in New York City and New Jersey, where he specialized primarily in complex business lawsuits.  Mr. Smith has significant experience as a trial and appellate lawyer, handling a wide variety of multi-million and multi-billion dollar civil cases.
