CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION. Represented contractors, owners, developers, and sureties. Construction defects ♦ mechanic’s liens ♦ surety bonds ♦ payment / performance disputes between owners, contractors, vendors, design professionals, and lenders.
MATRIMONIAL LAW. Represented married couples, ex-spouses, and unmarried domestic partners. Divorce ♦ Litigation over separation agreements and post-marriage agreements ♦ Personal and real property disputes between unmarried domestic partners.
CONDOMINIUM LITIGATION. Represented condominium associations and owners. Transition litigation ♦ maintenance and ownership of common elements ♦ contracts ♦ torts.
MADOFF LITIGATION. Senior member of team representing more than 1,000 Madoff victims ♦ defended more than 120 fraudulent transfer suits ♦ litigated critical issues concerning Madoff bankruptcy ♦ class action suits by victims against individuals and entities that participated in Madoff’s fraud.
